Urszula works closely under the supervision and direction of Dr. Brown. All patients are assessed by Dr. Brown prior to receiving an aesthetic treatment. This allows Urszula and Dr Brown to offer a comprehensive approach to beauty and rejuvenation, providing patients with both surgical and non surgical options. The goal is to exceed your expectations in an environment that is comfortable and safe.

All clinical staff at Toronto Plastic Surgery stay current with new treatments and technologies through memberships in societies and continuing education programs. Urszula is an active member of the Canadian Society for Plastic Surgical Nurses as well as the Ontario College of Nurses.

In addition to injecting, Urszula has extensive experience in other non surgical treatments including thermage skin tightening, Ulthera and photorejuvenation. She has developed long-lasting relationships with many of her patients because of her warm, caring, and honest advice and treatment.

Polina later expanded her clinical expertise as a travel nurse across rural Canada, managing complex medical conditions in resource-limited settings. Her passion for aesthetics eventually led her to pursue specialized training through an accredited medical aesthetics program, where she transitioned into cosmetic nursing. Today, Polina works as a surgical and aesthetic nurse at Toronto Plastic Surgery as part of the surgical and post-surgical recovery team.

Polina is also a skilled injector, well-versed in neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport, as well as dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, and Skinvive. She is known for her meticulous eye and calming bedside manner, and she strongly values natural aesthetic outcomes—always aiming to enhance and highlight our patient’s unique features with a less is more approach. With a deep passion for skin health, Polina emphasizes the importance of building a strong foundation through customized skincare, guiding our patients toward long-term skin vitality, glow, and confidence.

Betty began her career in medical aesthetics after completing her certification in 2002. Her extensive training and hands-on experience enable her to offer tailored treatments, including laser hair removal, photofacials, and skin rejuvenation therapies

Throughout her career, Betty has remained dedicated to continuous learning, regularly attending industry conferences and workshops to stay current on emerging trends and techniques. This commitment ensures that her clients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.
