How is Redensity I different from other injectable treatments?

Redensity I is not a dermal filler. It is a compound injected directly into the dermis in order to improve the quality of the skin. Redensity I is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and hyaluronic acid, combining  3 efficient and powerful antioxidants, 2 Minerals (Zinc and copper plus Vitamin B6) as well as 8 amino acids.

How many treatments do I need?

For optimal results, three treatments are recommended, each three weeks a part. Maintenance treatments may be suggested once to twice per year.

What results can I expect?

Redensity II treatment results are immediate and require minimal downtime. As with any injection treatment there is always the potential for bruising and swelling. Most patients look great by the next day and any bruising can be concealed with make-up.

Can you use Redensity I with other treatments?

Yes! Redensity I is an excellent treatment to combine with other treatments we offer in our practice. We are using Redensity I with Endymed/Endymed Intensif/Silk Peel/ Laser treatments. As Redensity I increases skin hydration it is an excellent pairing.

Before the Treatment

We encourage you to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment with Redensity I.  This will aid in reducing the tiny bumps by helping the skin to absorb the product more efficiently. We also suggest an arnica ointment or compress to help reduce the risk of bruising.

How is the treatment administered?

The treatment is administered by Dr. Brown or our nurse injector. Very fine needles are used superficially underneath the skin to inject the product. The immediate effect looks like tiny bumps across the skin surface when injected. The bumps can last anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. The bumps seem to last longer on patients who are dehydrated, therefore we strongly recommend drinking plenty of water (and reducing caffeine intake) before your treatment.

Is there any downtime?

It is important to note that you will have tiny bumps where the product has been injected. If you are having a treatment on your neck you may want to wear a scarf to go about your daily activities.

Where can Redensity I be injected?

Redensity I is commonly used on the face. Spot-treating can be done around the eyes (crow’s feet), above the lip for fine lines, on the neck/decollete area, and hands.

How many treatments?

The treatment protocol is three treatments spaced three weeks apart.

When will I see the results?

Redensity I stimulates the body to create change. Each individual’s results will vary. Most patients see a visible difference after their first treatment with the most noticeable difference after their last treatment.

Does the treatment hurt?

As with our other injectables, Redensity I does contain lidocaine for your comfort.
