In the past 25 years, Tracey's career path has taken her from the emergency room, to the operating room, management of a private surgery facility to a non-surgical aesthetic nurse. In 1996, she completed the Collagen Specialist Program and became one of the first nurse injectors in Toronto. In 2000, she received training for Botox treatments and continued to successfully grow her aesthetic injection practice. Tracey's position allows her to build a trusting relationship with a patient before, during and after surgery.

Currently Tracey is the Nursing Manager for Dr. Mitchell Brown, with a concentrated focus of non-surgical aesthetic treatments. She is a contract employee for Allergan Canada where she is responsible for ongoing advice and training for Allergan employees. She is on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and on the Faculty for the Physician Nurse Extenders in the United States.
